I am Chief Scientific Officer of two startup companies. With both companies, I have directed research projects, critically reviewed published literature, anecdotal evidence, and web-posted information, determined project feasibility, evaluated patentability to develop intellectual property. I have created pitch presentations, developed business plans, and formulated stand-alone audio-video presentations.
The SoundWell Corp. is a start-up alternative medical device and wellness company, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. It specializes in the use of low-frequency acoustic energy (subwoofer-type tones), called vibro-acoustic therpay (VAT) to treat a variety of mental and physical maladies, treating patients with VAT, and training other therapists in the use of VAT for their clients.
BioMune is a start-up biotechnology, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical company, based in West Palm Beach, Florida. It utilizes plant, animal, or fungal proteins, as well as small bioorganic molecules, to treat tumors or other immune system-inhibiting diseases using oral or topical administration.
